Affordable housing

Affordable Housing is one of the Council's highest priorities. During the last two years, the Council helped to deliver 1500 new affordable homes, despite the worsening economic climate. Affordable housing remains a corporate priority. Housing Need in Cornwall is high. The Council and its partners have recently approved a challenging housing investment plan to meet an ambitious new target of delivering 1,000 affordable homes a year.
